OneStream Splash 2025

OneStream Splash 2025 is just around the corner, coming to Nashville, Tennessee, May 13–15. Designed for finance and accounting professionals, the event brings together current and prospective users, partners, and industry leaders for three days of learning, networking, and practical insight.

Whether you’re attending for the first time or returning for another year, Splash offers a unique opportunity to explore what’s new in the platform, hear real-world transformation stories, and connect with peers facing similar challenges.

We’ll be there – listening, learning, and connecting with teams across industries who are building better finance processes every day.

What’s New at OneStream Splash 2025

One notable change this year is the full integration of the Wave Technical Program into the main Splash agenda. That means more cross-functional value for both business users and technical practitioners – with over 80 sessions, hands-on Learning Labs, and in-depth discussions on strategy, design, and delivery.

Whether you’re focused on planning, consolidation, reporting, or all of the above, you’ll find content aligned to your role and your goals.

What’s to Expect at Splash 2025

Splash brings together finance leaders, OneStream users, and implementation experts to share real stories, explore what’s possible with the platform, and gain practical ideas to take home. Here’s a look at the major topics we expect to take center stage:

1. Innovation in the Platform

Expect deep dives into the newest features and extensibility options across OneStream with a focus on using the platform beyond traditional finance workflows.

New this year:

  • CPM Express: OneStream’s new offering for mid-market organizations, designed to accelerate time to value with pre-built workflows and planning capabilities
  • Solution Exchange enhancements, including updated templates for ESG, tax provisioning, and capex planning
  • Extensible Finance in action – how teams are building apps that go beyond core finance to support functions like HR, legal, and operations
  • Updates to Task Manager, Process Controls, and Reporting designed to improve the user experience

2. AI and Intelligent Finance

AI and machine learning will be front and center again this year,  but the emphasis is shifting from possibility to practicality. Look for sessions that explore:

  • Sensible AI: OneStream’s new framework for responsible AI, which embeds explainable machine learning directly into core workflows – like anomaly detection, forecasting, and reconciliation.
  • Real-world customer stories using AI for predictive forecasting, anomaly detection, and continuous planning
  • Frameworks for implementing AI responsibly – balancing innovation with transparency, governance, and auditability
  • A preview of what’s built into the platform today, and what’s coming next

3. Planning, Forecasting & Modeling

Agility in planning is more critical than ever. Splash will spotlight how leading teams are evolving their approach with the help of OneStream. Expect content on:

4. Migration and Modernization

With more and more finance teams moving their operations to the cloud, and SAP BPC’s end of maintenance approaching, migration is top-of-mind. We expect multiple sessions to explore:

  • Lessons learned from recent migrations from technical prep to change management
  • How to build a compelling case for moving to OneStream
  • Designing an implementation that delivers early wins while preparing for long-term scale

5. Driving Real Results

It’s not just about what’s possible, it’s about what works. Splash will highlight customers delivering meaningful outcomes with OneStream.

  • Reducing time to close and improving the quality of reporting
  • Increasing visibility and agility for decision-makers
  • Freeing up time and resources across the finance organization

One of the best parts of Splash is the chance to connect, not just over technology and transformation strategies, but over shared challenges, ideas, and the future of finance. We’re looking forward to engaging with fellow OneStream partners, industry leaders, and clients both new and longstanding.

If you’re planning to attend, we’d love to say hello. Let us know if you’d like to meet up, whether it’s over coffee between sessions or a conversation at one of the networking events.

Our OneStream Splash 2025 Bucket List

Once the conference gets underway, the schedule fills up fast, so it helps to have a few goals beyond your session list. Here are a few unofficial must-dos:

  • Attend a hands-on Learning Lab (but sign up early – they fill fast!)
  • Make one new connection over coffee
  • Snap a photo at the Splash wall
  • Check out Splash Night Out (even if it’s not usually your scene)
  • Sit in on one session outside your role – it might surprise you

While You’re In Nashville

If you have a few hours after sessions – or are staying for the weekend – here are some local recommendations from our team. All within walking distance or a short ride from the Music City Center (201 Rep. John Lewis Way S.), these options are a great way to get a feel for the city without venturing too far from the conference.

Where to Eat

  • Martin’s Bar-B-Que Joint (~7 min walk) – A local favorite known for whole-hog BBQ. Casual, crowded, worth it. Or try Edley’s (~10 min walk) or Peg Leg Porker (~15 min walk). Try all three and let us know your winner.
  • Hattie B’s Hot Chicken (about ~8 min walk to their location at Assembly Food Hall) – Iconic Nashville hot chicken. Choose your spice level wisely. “Shut the Cluck Up” is not for amateurs.
  • Assembly Food Hall (~10 min walk) – Convenient, central, and ideal for groups. A wide variety of local food vendors under one roof makes it easy to find something for everyone.
  • Five Daughters Bakery (~8 min walk to their mini location at Assembly Food Hall) – Known for their signature 100-layer donuts (a croissant-donut hybrid). Great for a morning treat or mid-day boost.  You’ll want to bring a few home in your suitcase.

What to See + Do

  • Live Music on Broadway (~5–10 min walk) – Every bar has a band, and the talent is top-tier. But fair warning: Broadway at night is a lot. If it’s not your scene, grab a seat and a drink upstairs at Assembly Food Hall — same music, less chaos.
  • The Parthenon at Centennial Park (~8 min drive) – A full-scale replica of the Athenian original. It’s a unique stop if you have extra time and want to explore beyond downtown.
  • Country Music Hall of Fame (~3 min walk) – One of the city’s most acclaimed museums, featuring decades of American music history with exhibits that even non-country fans find fascinating.
  • Johnny Cash Museum (~8 min walk) – A smaller, curated look into the life and legacy of a music icon.

Where to Recharge

  • Frothy Monkey (Downtown) (~7 min walk) – A reliable place to recharge with coffee, snacks, or a quiet corner to check in on email.
  • Barista Parlor (Gulch) (~15 min walk) – Known for its high-quality coffee and minimalist atmosphere. A little further out but worth the stroll if you’re a coffee person.
